Boo Who? accept payment in pounds sterling (GBP) and all prices are shown on the Website in pounds sterling (GBP).

Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch your order the next working day however, please allow 2 – 3 working days for delivery. For all deliveries outside mainland UK, please allow up to 10 working days.

Guaranteed next day delivery to mainland UK (Royal Mail, Special Delivery): £4.95

Overseas Delivery

Please email sales@boo-who.co.uk with details of your order and destination and we will respond as soon as possible with shipping costs.

Exchanges and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us together with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned complete, undamaged and with the original packaging. We advise customers to return goods via registered/recorded mail as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
